Question

In the LDR submission process, the entities from the European Banking Union submit the LDR directly to their local regulator. Is this rule valid also for the ALR ?

Response

For the ALR, reports are collected via the NRAs mirroring the collection process of the LDR. Please refer to Part 1 - para 3 of the "Guidance on the 2020 Liability Data Report".
