Is the "Additional Liability Data Collection" submitted on the reporting date 12/2019 per group entity or consolidated (i.e. only PoE institute or per group company)?

The reporting scope for ALR tabs is: i. Tab 1 – All entities in the scope of ALR, as this tab is a data identifier; ii. Tab 2 – Resolution entities subject to an External MREL and/or TLAC requirement; iii. Tab 3 – Non-Resolution entities subject to an Internal MREL and/or iTLAC requirement iv. Tab 4 – Resolution entities subject to MREL; v. Tab 5 – Applicable only to banks with a MPE strategy. Please refer to the Guidance on the instructions for each data point.
