Question
What is meant by the term “expert judgment” on the impact analysis columns?
Response
As described in the guidance (section 2.4.2), reporting entities should assess if they have a large/medium-large/medium-small/ small position in the market. By "expert judgment" we mean the reporting institution's own informed opinion, based on its knowledge of the market.
