Question
Current accounts could have credit and/or debit balances during a accounting period. Even if a current account has a debit balance at the reporting date accrued interest could be negative due to earlier credit balances. Accrued interests are a component of the carrying value irrespective if they are positive or negative. As a consequence we would report the negative accrued interest in the table "T01.00 Liability Structure" and in detailed tables T03.01 to T06.00. Could you please confirm.

Yes, accrued interests should be reported consistently with accounting both in the tab T01.00 and the detailed tabs T03.01 to T06.00. If the accrued interests are negative as it could be the case in the example referred to in the question, they should be reported as a negative amount.
