QA2021-61 - Filing indicator for MREL/TLAC

Question

We have a question about filing rules for MREL/TLAC For non requested templates, Do entities have to put filing indicator to "false" or not. Example : For non resolution templates M01 or M02 are not requested, do they have to put filing indicator to false for those templates ?

Response

If the reporting template is not expected (or not permitted), the current EBA EUCLID system says that the filing Indicator should be set to FALSE or can be missing.
