QA2021-62 - ALR - Reporting of M06.00

Question

Does the SRB expect a continuous reporting of M06.00 c050 for entities only subject to MREL requirements (but not TLAC) after the ALR has been replaced by the ITS on MREL/TLAC Monitoring?

Response

The SRB collects the reports of the CIR 2021/763. Banks are requested to fill-in the data points according to the instructions of Annex II.
