What are the restrictions on the identifier reported in T33.00 c0010 (length, numerical/text, etc.)

T 30.00 c0010 is metric eba_met:ii765 (ID representing combination of user, FMI, system type and intermediary) of type xbrli:integerItemType; T 33.00 c0010 is an open axis of type eba_typ:ID derived from integer; eReg Portal implements these cells as long integer of 19 digits which can handle a quite large numerical value. However the value should not greater than 9,223,372,036,854,775,807. SRB recommends to restrict the value to 15 digits max because of Excel limitation in case the submitter would optionally export the submission to Excel.
