Question

Shall we include own issuances (i.e. of covered bonds)?

Response

Own issuances of bonds are out of scope. Wholesale borrowing only refers to deposits from credit institutions and other financial counterparties. Wholesale lending covers loans and advances to credit institutions and other financial counterparties.
