Indeed, there is a mismatch between the report and its guidance document. The headers in the report itself are the correct ones. As such, the guidance for c040 should read 'Internal identifier of the contract/liability with an intragroup counterparty.'. Furthermore, the guidance for c050 is currently listed as c040 (LEI/MFI/Internal Identifier of Lending Entity) in the guidance.
