Question
The granularity of details requested, without thresholds, seems to be disproportionate to the needs for resolution planning as compared to actual crisis situations?
Response
The granular details are important in planning as they are in an actual resolution case. For example, analysing the likelyhood of a no-creditor-worse-off issue in resolution, exclusion of (certain classes of) liabilities, etc. require detailed data.
Furthermore, resolution readiness is also determined by an adequate data availbility within short delays. As such, the yearly report with extensive deadlines (≥ 3 months) should not be regarded disproportionate.
