Question
In field 0050 and 0060 must be reported the FMIs name while in field 0070 the FMIs code.
When services are provided through FMIs' branches - without individual LEI but SWIFT - it should be reported the Code and name of
the head office or the Branch one ? Example, for securities services provided by Grece or Belgium “branch” of BNP Paribas Securities Services (HO LEI: 549300WCGB70D06XZS54);
branches has only the SWIFT (Greece different from Belgium).
What about the values ? They must be aggregated or the Branches must be reported separately ?
Response
BNP Paribas Securities Services (BNPPSS) is not an FMI, but an intermediary providing FMI services (please report the name under c0090). Please report, for each entity of the bank using the services of BNPPSS, the LEI of BNPPSS (under c0100), as well as the values relevant for the services consumed by that entity. In case BNPPSS is offering indirect access to several FMIs (for example, TARGET 2 and Euroclear Bank), you are expected to fill one line per FMI for which BNPPSS is offering indrect access.
