Question


SRB defined a list of FMIs to be reported in field 0050 while FMIs not referred to this list must be reported in field 0060. For both of them the LEI code (MFI or other netional code) must be reported in field 0070. Sometimes some type error or incomplete name of the FMI could appear (e.g. “Cassa di Compensazione e Garantia” showing a “t” instead of “z”; “ICE Clear” could correspond to “ICE Clear US” or other FMIs) Is it available a table showing for each of the FMIs (field 0050) the relevant LEI (or MFI or SWIFT) Code (to be reported in field 0070)

As stated in the FMIR guidance, if and only if the relevant FMI is not available in the predefined list, please report the name in column 0060. If a bank finds an error in the list, please report it to the SRB so that the list can be enhanced in the next reporting year. The SRB does not have a table with names of FMIs and corresponding LEI codes
