Question
1.- Example displayed in page 35 of the guidance does not comply with the article 104a.4 of CRDV given that 75% of the P2R must be fulfilled with Tier 1, but in the example this only constitutes 33% (0,5% out of 1,5%).
2.- In T02.00 rows r0321 and r0322 entities must indicate what part of P2G has to be fulfilled with Tier 1 and CET1. Nonetheless, CRDV does not contain any reference on how to comply with P2G. We would appreciate if the legal prescription referred to this could be shared vía Q&A.
Response
Directive (EU) 2019/878 (CRDV) is not in force yet and will be applicable as from 28/12/2020. The 2020 LDR report follows the current regulation, Directive 2013/36/EU (CRDIV), and so, the 2020 Data Collection exercise is adapted to CRDIV.
