Question
Please indicate the naming conventions and provide further information on the submission procedure.
Furthermore, some of the references are incorrect. Not the new numbering (e.g. c0100), but those from 2019 (e.g. F.31).
Response
As indicated on p6 of the SRB Guidance, the reports shall be submitted to the National Resolution Authority (NRA) of the Banking Union jurisdiction in which the (ultimate) parent entity is incorporated, for all entities in scope. Subsequently, the NRA will transmit the report to the SRB. We encourage you to liaise with your NRA should you have further queries.
With regard to the naming conventions, the file should be labelled as follows:
[Institution Identifier][Country of Incorporation, Location or Activities9]_CFT2020_Level of Consolidation or Aggregation][Time Stamp].xls
