Question
r110: The identification of exceptional and temporary "high balances" is only ex-post (e.g. after resolution) possible and cannot be calculated for this reporting.
Response
The Deposit Guarantee Schemes Directive indeed foresees the possibility of a deferred repayment in the case of high balances. If the institution cannot (fully) identify such high balances, these can be considered for the purpose of this report as either non-covered but preferred deposits (r310) or non-covered, non-preferred deposits (r320).
