With reference to the template T01.00 we noticed that the cells under columns 030 to 110 crossing lines 310 to 314 and columns 010 and 020 crossing rows 320 to 324 are no longer blacklined. There is no evidence to us that these cells should be given a value, is it correct?

If not applicable, no actual value needs to be reported of course. While in most cases, we do not espect to receive a value for such cells, it appeared to be necessary in some rare cases, which is why the cells were 'opened' in this new report.
