Question

How to report a bond issued by non-EU subsidiary under local law (non-EU law ) listed on the local stock exchange, where Supranational has invested ( c080, C090, C110 )?

Response

If the bond is governed by a non-EU Member State law or in such a jurisdiction, it shall be classified in c11x only. This category is predominant over others as it will determine the resolution authority in charge of resolution actions and the instrument will not be subject to Union Law.
