In tab B02.00 if data point c0161 contractual subordination is not applicable (i.e. there is no contractual subordination), should it be left blank?

Please refer to Annex II - Facilitating Instructions. The not applicable treatment for Contractual subordination (c0161) is defined in the Validation rules file (data types tab). In general, for numeric fields, banks should report '999999999999999'.
