Question


What is the purpose of filling also the T12.00 sheet on the INDOTHER LDR template and not only T01.00 to T03.03?


Response


According to Article 4 1. (d) (i) of Commission Implementing Regulation 2018/1624, the Z05.02 report (the data points for which are covered in the SRB's T12.00 report) is requested: (i) at the level of the Union parent undertaking or, where different, at the level of each resolution entity on an individual basis. For a banking reporting to the SRB using the SRB XBRL taxonomy extension, the individual reporting scope corresponds to either the LDRINDOTH or the LDRINDPOE reporting scope.
