Question


Since, TLOF will be used to calculate the subordination requirement under BRRD2 its calculation in LDR's r600 shouldn't it be aligned to new regulation?


Response


Article 45b(6) of BRRD2 is the same as the letter used in the equivalent article of BRRD (article 45(1)). As such, the same understanding should remain as regards the use of r0334 for the computation of total liabilities and own funds (this is in line with EBA Q&A n° 2015_1824).
