Question
With reference to the certificates of deposit, could you please confirm that the amount exceeding the coverage level to be reported in line R310 or R320?
Response
For Certificates of Deposits benefitting of the DGS coverage, a split should be made between the covered part (r110) and the non-covered part. If the latter is preferred in insolvency proceedings, r310 shall be used, if not, r320 is the correct classification.
