If negative values are not allowed and we have a negative value at line, column, insolvency ranking, currency, governing law, type of non financial liabilities and date of recognition level, how is expected to us to pass the EBA/SRB controls?

The validation rule v7707_s has a severity set to Warning (which means that the files will still be accepted by the SRB). The negative values are allowed in T09.00 sheet.
