Question
Should we include covered deposits (line r0110) by other schemes different than European Deposit Guarantee Scheme as Federal Deposit Insurance (USA), CDIC (Canada), FGD (Argentina), FSD (Perú), PAB (México), etc. or only the covered deposits by DGS at EU?
Response
The concept of covered deposits is limited to the EU and, therefore, does not concern deposits of subsidiaries outside the EU. As a result, the LDR should not include covered deposits of institutions established outside the EU.
