r400. Amount of own funds of RG: shall be reported under EU prudential rues, while CET1, AT1 and T2 (r410 to r430) and r300. Total risk exposure are set under local rules, shouldn't it be reported in the same terms?

The SRB agrees with the proposed answer. There is a mistake in the document "Guidance on the Additional liability report". The instruction of for row 0400 in for the tab "5- Data for MPE" shall be: "Report the amount of own funds of the resolution group in accordance with the local rules of the resolution groups."
