Could you please specify what should we put in the column c0075 of T07 ? The title of the column is the Entity Name of counterparty but the guidance indicates the internal identifier of the contract.


Response


Column c0075 ("Entity Name of counterparty") of tab T07.00 ("Derivatives") is meant to capture the name of the counterparty. The identifier of the counterparty should be reported in column c0080 ("Counterparty identifier") of tab T07.00 ("Derivatives"). The Guidance will be updated accordingly.
