Question

the LDR template does not include the choice of Kosovo for Country of Counterparty. What should be used instead?

Response

As Kosovo is not recognised by all countries, it is up to the bank to decide on which of the existing countries it should report these transactions. An "other" category will be added to the template/taxonomy as of 2020.
