Question

In the Guidance, the definition for r0365 – Senior non-preferred liabilities mentions paragraph 2,3,5 and 7 of Article 108 of Directive 2014/59/EU. Could you please confirm that the relevant directive is Directive 2014/59/EU? Because we could not find those paragraphs at article 108 of the Directive https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32014L0059&from=EN
