QA2019-95 - Granular details

Question

c0230 "Settlement Systems" and c0240 "Registrar Holder" fields are now mandatory in T04 in accordance with the new taxonomy (ldr_v0078). On the other hand, it is not indicated which default value to fill in when we do not have information in our systems. Which default value can be entered in this case?
