Question


The DGS not EEAs would not appear to be indicated in row 110 (according to the DPM). We require how should be reported the liabilities arising from foreign branches outside the EU of an Italian bank, liabilities covered by the DGS envisaged in the non-EU settlement country. Furthermore, from regulations on the matter, these items would also be covered in Italy (if required by law). We have to report these items as covered by the FITD in force in Italy, in row 110?

It should be included in r0110 if the non-EU country is part of the EEA.
