QA2019-96 - Insolvency Ranking

Question

We have to put in T06 all other non-financial liabilities. What is the Insolvency ranking to indicate for non-financial liabilities that do not generate cash outflow?

Response

The liability should be covered by the Annex on Insolvency Ranking. If there is indeed no reference to the instrument in the IR, please indicate the value "20".
