QA2019-103 - Granular details

Question

According to new SRB Guidance 2019, granular tabs provide fields to be filled mandatorily. With particular reference to T04.00 - Securities, field c210 - Creditor, since institutions would not be able to provide such information, would the requirement be met if the field is filled in with default values?

Response

If the information cannot be obtained by the banks, the bank should indicate "Not Available".
